By registering for a UTC event or service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Registration Payments
Payment may be required to reserve a seat for certain workshops, training programs, retreats, courses, speaking engagements, or special events.
Registration is not considered complete until payment has been received and confirmed.
Participant Cancellations
If you are unable to attend a registered event, please contact UTC as soon as possible.
Cancellations Made 14 Days or More Before the Event
Participants may request:
A full refund, or
A credit toward a future UTC event
Cancellations Made 7 to 13 Days Before the Event
Participants may be eligible for:
A partial refund, or
A credit toward a future UTC event
Any applicable refund amount will be determined at UTC's discretion based on event planning and expenses already incurred.
Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before the Event
Refunds may not be available for cancellations made within seven days of the event date.
Participants may contact UTC to discuss transfer or credit options when available.
No-Shows
Participants who fail to attend a registered event without prior notice are generally not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers.
Event Transfers
UTC may allow registrations to be transferred to another individual or a future event when circumstances permit.
Transfer requests must be approved by UTC prior to the event.
Additional fees may apply depending on the event and timing of the request.
Event Rescheduling
If a participant cannot attend a scheduled event, UTC may offer the option to transfer registration to a future event, subject to availability.
Transfer eligibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Event Cancellation by UTC
Urban Tactical Concepts reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify events due to circumstances, including but not limited to:
Low registration numbers
Instructor availability
Venue issues
Severe weather
Safety concerns
Emergencies
Circumstances beyond UTC's reasonable control
If UTC cancels an event, participants may be offered:
A full refund, or
Transfer to a future event
UTC is not responsible for participant travel expenses, lodging expenses, lost wages, or other costs associated with event cancellations or schedule changes.
Speaking Engagements and Private Group Training
Refund and cancellation terms for speaking engagements, private workshops, corporate training, church events, and custom programs may be governed by separate written agreements.
When a separate agreement exists, the terms of that agreement will take precedence.
Digital Products and Online Content
Unless otherwise stated, purchases of digital products, downloadable resources, online courses, recordings, or other digital content are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Exceptions may be considered at UTC's sole discretion.
Extraordinary Circumstances
UTC understands that unexpected situations can occur.
Requests involving medical emergencies, family emergencies, military obligations, or other significant circumstances may be reviewed individually. Any accommodations are provided at UTC's discretion and are not guaranteed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, banking institution, or payment platform used.
Policy Changes
UTC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Any updates will become effective upon posting to the website.
